I have to work on it every day. I feel great but still need to shed some pounds and need to start walking more. Smoke free since Sept 28, 2011 (the day my boss took my advice and closed his business). I don't remember when I stopped using the e-cig but it was a great aid in quiting quickly and painlessly.
