geez. shorted 1/2 the days' higher-than-normal volume? (guess that's how they maintained price containment - by shorting it)
watch the hedging, hoping...

clamoring,...to persuade people to sell (so they can cover lower)
otherwise.... no dilution. plus news = spells p-a-i-n (with higher prices going to shareholders)
