I hope THCZ puts up a webinar... If you host it yourself it's free to do if you know what you are doing. I have been in IT for a number of years and have setup many webinars for software companies. It is a very very low cost and very very useful tool. I think THCZ can only benefit from hosting this meeting with a live webinar as well.
