Just went down memory lane .
Onion Creek, Dove Springs, East Oltorf, East Riverside and Montopolis neighborhoods , They are some of the oldest neighborhoods around in the city and need to be upgraded the amount of people per square foot may be larger then in other neighborhood areas. very saturated, folks stacked up on top of each other. This gives more devices too per square foot. LOL
lived in those neighborhoods in the 80's
