ok. i hear you about business but you have to be allowed to conduct your business. do you not agree they haven't been allowed to do their business on a daily basis. now they have just moved their headquarters to michigan. that takes time. are you sure you sent them the correct info. as they have said that many of their mailings have been returned to sender. I myself had to correct a portion of my info even tho months ago Martha, who was also nice, told me everything was in order.
