I am dumbfounded why no credible date can be put on financials/filings... unless there is difficulty in obtaining credible data to support filings, attorney sign offs, etc.

And if so, then just tell us that's the hang up... unless all this legal crap just has us so hamstrung that only resolution of same will shake loose some feedback to shareholders. Thoughts???
