the june 2 and july 13 8k's are forms dealing w sales of securities [to finish paying off WOLV debt and raise closing costs etc]

so they would probably be inappropriate forms to note an extension of any closing date

the july 13 filing after the closing date would be non conclusive evidence they were still working towards closing
non-conclusive because those transactions would have been in the works probably prior to june 30

however the private parties involved in those july 13 transactions can be assumed to be proceeding based on the parties continuing to work towards the closing-and that is info all logic says those private parties would have as of july 13 as per there agreement w WOLV

so the very fact of the july 13 transactions indicates they were still working towards closing as of that date
