Personally-speaking, I'm in no hurry for them to uplist...
if they were to be in a hurry to get there, odds are they'd need to R/S down (+/- 1-for-20 by my reckoning) to the point where the pps was high enough to meet the exchange minimums.That's all fine & dandy in theory , but seldom have I ever seen a pennystock benefit longterm from an R/S...nearly-all tumble in value shortly thereafter, quite likely as a result of the bad taste it leaves in longterm investors mouths...after this long, I'd much prefer to get mugged...same-difference to me. With this in-mind, I'm just fine with this staying on the OTC...I see numerous other OTC stocks in the multiple dollar range (& higher) content with staying the course. The hell w/ status, if revenues come, the pps will reflect the value, regardless of which exchange we're on. And as an added incentive to keep this as-is , I've heard it said that maintaining a higher sharecount helps thwart hostile takeovers...that's the way I see it anyway.
