What does this mean exactly? They just need more votes in general since they have enough yes votes or they need more yes votes. I know some shareholders didn't vote even though they had their proxy. They just felt it didnt matter. I seem to remember last year before the shareholder meeting Gerald mentioned they already had enough yes votes before it went up to vote.
