SUTI Shareholder Update August 3:
Buy back of shares announced July 31 will be for 150M shares - company has access to a group of private investors to fund this - starting week commencing August 3.
Also, agreement reached with holder of note that would have been due in 60 days to retire 125M+ shares.
Launch of new company (MJVC) website anticipated before end of coming week.
