Given that, $6M is quite reasonable. It's only a factor of 15 or so off from what is likely, given what P2O owns and real estate prices in the area.
Some new DD indicates that Heddle has other interests in play currently, and may be highly motivated to put some distance between himself and this fraudulent mess, sooner rather than later.
