Thanks for a great summary. However, have to ask - how objective can your opinion be when Gerald is a strategic advisor for your firm?
I'm very long in this stock w/ >20K shares and voted FOR the increased share count, I know we got burned by the last increased authorized shares but would rather see us keep the pipeline moving than lose everything. Only slight concern is why some insiders would sell 500K of shares around this time right before the uplist?
Also, 2 research reports have come out in the past few weeks with price targets of $8+ (excl Dx and MANF valuation) to $45+…can't be all that bad.
