And for those "unsophisticated" types and their cohorts when someone makes a private purchase, aka convertible note or subscription agreement, the shares that are purchased are "restricted" for at least 6 months. Meaning that yes you bought shares but you can't do anything with those shares or have access to them for 6 months and even then it may take another month to actually get them deposited in a form you can sell on the open market. So when someone does buy these private placement shares via a convertible note or subscription agreement they are buying with the assumption that the stock will be at a better price in 6 or 7 months.
And this is what those investors, some family, are doing. I'd like to know if family has invested in the last month or two.
