Cleaning up the old fins, eh? I suppose that means they are working on the 10k as promised. I sure hope it is GAAP compliant and fully audited. That will be necessary in their effort to up-list. I would suspect balance sheet reporting will be difficult to audit. i wonder what will be included in the assets and what will be written off as may be required by the auditing crew. I always had some doubts as to the assets Peter was carrying on the balance sheets. Hopefully those are gone and either written off or closed out pre-merger.

Cleaning up the balance sheets will simplify the auditing process and may help keep costs down in the future. Especially if said assets are not an integral part of the growth plan.
