i also won't be surprised if HQ gets relo'd (again in due course)

but first things first >> i'll deal with this past *month's* glacial set up
on *volume* that rivaled 2009's (i.e. lowest for PTOI in *years*)
for the next *anticipated* round of *resets* .. i expect gets underway
in the next 2 to 3 weeks .. *if* .. original colluding entity can wash trade
and reset their way thru what P2O files next
