you really think after almost 2 years (RH's install as Ceo)
*colluding entities* can *break PTOI sub 1cent?
just a reminder >> RH rec'd in no honeymoon .. tho' any other OTC stock
would have had an *orchestrated* RUN of *significance for monies invested
by Ceo as RH did on 9.30.13
as a matter of fact what was so *notable* about that event was the *take DOWN*
of PTOI (stock) from 30 - 40c pps *mostly* >> bypassing >> the 20c range
PTOI (stock) went almost straight to the high teens b4 *resets* in Dec 2013/Jan 2014
handy little trick in play by those who *DO* orchestrate
which is why *colluding entities* almost *losing* 20c last August was equally revealing (YTD *high* of 19c on 8.14.14)
and that was a direct result of something P2O's mgmt *didn't communicate*
the issuance of the 5 and 10 year permits by the NYSDEC
