Well said Kennylee and I agree with all you wrote. Another theory albeit far fetched due to a lack of a Form 144 is Cruz's need to initiate the so-called pump. Does he want his .005's cashed out before selling the shell? I believe he needs to file a Form 144 before selling his restricted shares. Filing that form would alert to this possible theory based on the surge in volume and price action but I doubt this is the case. I'm standing by the earlier theory I posted i.e. milestones on the horizon and word of it has leaked.
