Spoke to Tony and the paperwork is in for either an approval or disapproval of the mini. The ditching exercise was scheduled for last night but since HQ/Local FAA didn't receive word from the national FAA they canceled it. It's a waiting game as of right now. The idea of a waiver to get the mini passed is not true according to Tony. Everyone at HQ remains upbeat and positive. He is readily available so give him a call if anyone has any doubts or questions
