There is all kinds of corruptions with in the ranks of The Federal Gov't.
The IRS Scandal, The DOJ Fast and Furious Scandal, the list go's on
It would not surprise of corruption with in the ranks of the SEC.
Though in this case I think it was just manipulation by TD / Hallin of the young inexperienced junior attorney.
You are so correct though, this case is visible enough that it should bring some attention to The SEC that possible irregularities could be on going, yet they fail to act. Lord knows they have received enough e-mails of concern from the general public.
