The PPS has dropped in the last year. Bill has addressed the drop in price with letters to shareholders. If a shareholder is not confident in the company direction they have the option to sell. The stock is trading despite all the challenges the company is dealing with.
If you want information from the company on possible events that will increase the PPS you'll have to wait like all of us.
If you had shares in GM could you demand they tell you what they are putting into their 2017 models?
