Wallace sued for manipulating GOSY stock. Neil Wallace and his family are being sued by GOSY's CEO and his wife for conspiring to intentionally intimidate and injure them and to manipulate the stock in the business they founded. There are so many other "wrong doings" that the lawsuit was filed under RICO.
