News partially out 
CGRA does not use the OTC Disclosure & News Service.
I review the OTC News Feed each trade day and never see the CGRA Releases until I check in on postings on LieHub or this site. Look at the top section of News at the link below. You will see the last time a Release hit the OTCM service was last December.

The News Icon doesn't show in my E*Trade Pro platform either.
Hope they get this figured out soon. I did convey the issue via company website.
