The shorts are hidden in dark pools, ex clearing, etc.. Shorts may be crooks but they are smart crooks. Surely the regulators can't be so stupid they don't know this but they continue to look the other way. Hopefully the Overstock trial will cause so much outrage when the public finds out just how crooked our markets are it will force an end to naked shorting. Go NTEK!!!
