OK:
1. They have gone over the plane tooth and nail with the FAA, Boeing, Kalitta air and Baltia mechanics. Once, twice three times!
2. They have had 8 weeks to get the bugs out.
3. They recalibrated all doors.
4. Replaced girt bars
5. Provided conformity in the mooring straps. This was to blame for 4 out of 10 failures industry wide.
6. Generated a 200 age report documenting all the procedures.
7. Eliminated a nest of rats.
8. and the muscle memory of the crew has got to be awesome from doing this 6 or more times.
