Sept 24, 2014 We have filed with FINRA on the URVape dividend procedure and are in communication to complete all the documentation requested.
The main question for FWDG is where is the S1 for URVape? You have been at that for almost a year. I read the ballpark figure is 1,000 hours to complete an S1.
Sept of 2014, started it Sept 30- >Oct (22) ->Nov (21) -> Dec (23)->Jan (22)->
Feb (20) ->March (22)->April (22)->May (21)-> June (22)->July (19)
The above list of working days * hours yields 1,536 hours.....
Where is the S1 for URVape? cancelled? What? Where.......is it?
there has been no update, in a PR, 8-K, social media....NOTHING
Why would anyone want to buy shares? THEY DON'T.....
