Personally, I like the diverse feedback. The good, the bad, and the ugly. That is the only way to have an open perspective and to push this GEM forward.

I despise blatant lies and BS but even a stretch of the imagination works for me because this is what could bring us the next GEM. Who knows which post might bring a new product, service, or even continuous improvement idea... sounds a bit squishy, but what the hell, companies do perform customer feedback and forums for ideas. Why couldn't this be a resource? Dream away or research until your heart is content!
