people. here is one of kerry's last posts on the subject of certs. send a pm to kerry through this post. not ir. give her your info. if she is not busy moving she should be able to answer your questions. this is what i did and all was taken care of.

Many mailings have been returned "undeliverable". You will have to speak to your brokerage about your mailing address. If you did not update with the company there is no way of us confirming accuracy. We receive upwards of three or four dozen email a day at IR.
