If I were Cruz and I was called by angry shareholders; I would create a charade to hide the true facts. There is much competition coming up in the MJ/MMJ sector. Why show your hand until 100% necessary? Besides any other information is considered insider information and illegal. If I were Cruz I would play the side of the shareholder and say "see I lost a lot of money just like you did Mr. Shareholder"! I would cry "poor mouth" and lead shareholders to believe all has been stalled. All while working hard behind the scenes! I might be buying back shares because the reality might be that he isn't as broke as he makes out to be. Again, what is Green Cures Inc doing? Is that private entity buying back shares? The recent daily trades charts show much more buying volume than selling volume! My hopes are someone behind the scenes is buying to retire some of the OS and reduce the AS and then merge with Green Cures Inc.
