As many of us know, penny stocks can move 1000% just based on hype and rumor. I've seen this stock move much less on days with forward looking PR'S that did nothing but extend milestones.
Yet some think that all news is some sort of magic pill. It's almost like the OTC has a tendency to create gains on it's own but when the actual company steps in to communicate; many OTC buyers back off with a "wait and see" attitude or approach. Hence the risk of the OTC.
