For clarification I have never been in contact nor met with the SEC and certainly had nothing to do with the writing of the fraud complaint against Treaty. The SEC was given the information that has been posted here by likely several of Treaty's many victims. All legal and expected of folks that have been defrauded and the SEC welcomes from all that feel that fraud has occurred.
Treaty's "defense" is beyond ridiculous...
This is UNCONTESTED MATERIAL FACT NO. 8: Samantha Cox met with tdbowieknife on multiple occasions and received information that was used to draft the Complaint filed on December 15, 2014 against Ronald Blackburn and others in the pending litigation.
This proves that TD is a liar. This liar claims he is not David Hallin.
