Outside of the fins, I am not sure what will be sufficient to move this.
Perhaps an 8k announcing the closing of some major deal might do it.
Of course, they could get the 10K in early (quite unlikely) and announce an uplist. It is possible, just not likely given the amount forensic accounting that needs to be done to establish a base line for the annual report. Tallying all the assets or writing them off will take some time. A small OTC will likely not have the attention of a capable accounting firm and will likely have to squeeze in the audit after the due date with a NT-10K filing. This happens alot in the OTC.
