Really? Successful investors are responsible for their own due diligence and do not rely on bullshit from Internet trolls or those with an axe to grind.
I'm sure you know, but choose to ignore the FACT that JB returned some 30 million shares to the company and also that he worked tirelessly for over two years without drawing a salary, or did you miss that while making your extensive analysis?
Some of us have been invested in PTOI since 2008 and are quite happy to let the company get on with things and we do not have to question every nuance of every transaction. A vast majority of us have seen the processors (on multiple occasions), we know what they are capable of. We have met with JB and RH. We know them and we trust them.

OTOH, none of us know or trust you or your motives. If you have questions about the company, ask them yourself, I just might feed you a line of bullshit like you're attempting to feed me.
