As of last 10K, I would agree that the financial state looks horrible. But we do not know what the current state is? Yes I think shares getting converted from debt helped the pps decline. Though the rate of decline was accelerated by unknown forces. IMO.

I was happy to buy at .0025, thinking I was getting a deal. Now we are trading at .0005. -- still have my doubts, but the current events as they unfold have me thinking why go through all this trouble and money?

Still lots of unknowns.
