The results of the lawsuit may help as well, if it can be proven that a rival really did manipulate the stock. OTC seriously crippled THCZ's value solely on rumor, without any real evidence, and I can't imagine how much long-term damage that did. Clearly, the fear still isn't gone, and there's no telling how much effort it will take to earn back that trust.

Might the stock still be at the price it is now without the falsified "caveat emptor" alert? Perhaps. But I doubt it. The excitement was cut off at its peak for no reason besides, "Wow, this stock is doing great!"
