I have wondered that as well. If significant news comes soon my initial thought wouldn't be an insider releasing information. DSUS on several occasions mentioned great news soon to come on various PR's. On a few of their most recent social media releases they mention "we will have some great announcements in the very near future".
Just an assumption on my part that statements like those might be enough to have manipulators up the ante.
