This can be a very useful and healthy exercise for improving our abilities as investors, if we take the next step and consider which of these reasons are bad ones, and avoid repeating them.
Most long term holders of PTOI refuse to sell for one reason. They bought their shares in the $3.00 to $7.00 range because they believed the stories the company was using at that time to inflate their share price. Then, in a blink of an eye, they find themselves with a stock stuck in the range of $0.05 - $0.10. Simple as that.
There are a lot of $100,000.00 investments that are now worth $1-$2K. It's not worth the effort for most people stuck in that position to hit the sell-button.
I'm not saying this is the reason why the few PTOI investors on this message board won't sell. But it is the reason why most PTOI investors in general who still hold their shares won't sell.
