I'm sure NTEK ordered the NOBO and OBO lists to show shares owned and by whom as of 2/6/15. I also have no doubt a large short existed in NTEK as of 2/06/15 which will translate into a large short of NTGL when our brokerage firms credit our accounts with those shares. NTEK shareholders will profit when the shorts are forced to cover. We can all smile knowing that the shorts changed our lives financially by allowing us to accumulate at their expense. TIA shorts!
