Historically Garry has always been late filing, but I would guess that he has more actionable material to work with if those investors who have been in communications with him keep calling for "SOON".
Wouldn't that indicate that Garry knows not only whats going on today but also certainly as of May 30, 2015. In which case he should be able to file and provide that financial information to back up all the "SOON"s we've been hearing.
So yeah I'd still say that the annual is overdue. Yes he could wait until the official due date, and he will most likely be late again when that comes but I think long term investors have a right to expect him to start a new trend of reporting sooner than later after all the patience he has required.
