If Wal-Mart wanted one million cans, they could have just as easily ordered them directly through the company. Why go through a middle man? The company is going to produce that run in the USA with the English/French labeling and ship them to Canada unless, and this is going to take time, they find a bottler who can do that run and have the cans made there.
