Came across a summary for dismissal of The SEC case that was filed yesterday.
It is very damaging to the SEC and it appears TD / Colorado befriended a young SEC attorney and spoon fed her what he wanted in the complaint.
Who ever di the research did a really great job. Of course TD is just picking thru what he wants us to see. We are in the process of converting it from PDF to Word to post here and other places.
It's very damaging and could get the case dropped. I'll get it on here as soon as I can figure out how to convert it.
TD's Anal Passage way is pretty tight right now. lol
