An interesting phone call to my broker near market close. He told me it "looks like a good acquisition overall"...I told him that I had concerns over the end of day halt in trading and he reassured that it can happen this way, just not very often. I also mentioned that this Company has had acquisitions before less the trading halt and he again told me "I wouldn't be concerned with that as the Company has put out the PR's and probably realized they needed to contact IIROC"...trading will resume at 4:15pm today according to his information ...soooo...trading tomorrow it is.
