no one ever said they couldn't do targeted trades
they can and they do

the problem *arises* with bypassing *legit* bids
on *low volume*

like a few other aspects >> it sticks out like a sore thumb ..

but what does happen and can be verified with first hand DD
is that Finra will issue a back room query for *observations*
on PTOI's *trading*

it can run for a day or a week

which is why i've asked both *legit* bids *bypassed* today (one is a GTC)
to file a complaint with Finra

including today there are 8 trading days left in July

currently *volume* rivals 2009's *volume*.. which is beyond revealing in its own right

if that 1M cert has gone *poof* in total .. there isn't anything left to access

which means the only thing colluding entities can do >> is do targeted trades
and access those accounts held via some FILTH TAINTED brokerage firms

which is why all with *ETRADE* et al .. might want to check their GTCs
