I've seen enough gold to know that's 300 grams/ 10 oz easy.
Gold is very, very dense. That's why you find it on the bottom most places. Around my stomping ground in NC you can find it on top of the ground. It gets stuck on the red clay around here. Just a few weeks ago, someone pulled an approximately 48oz nugget out of a creek bank just a few miles from my house. Of course the state took it because it was found on state land.
