My only arguement I can make here is that I am anxious to get this chapter behind us. Payout, trade off or cancel. I can care less. Just get it done and behind us. In full disclosure, I have significantly increased my position since last spring and am only expecting about 75k Series C shares. That is a about 1/6 of my total holdings. So, I am in a win-win situation no matter what they decide to do. I just wish they would do it quickly so that we can get on with our company.
