Guess I dont understand how calling a survey stupid ,and wondering how to cash in my certs that Ive had over a year is bashing? I just want to know how to do it. Im sick of it taking so long, and always some hang-up or excuse. If I was outright bashing, then I would be saying how much I hate the company and calling them crooks, cheats ,and liars, plus mentioning personal names of company officers.
