Thank you for your email. You are correct that Mr. Villiotis's affiliation period with DSUSA ends on 29 July. This period was designated in the agreement between the former CEO and DSUSA during the R/M. The 90 day period began when the company accepted Mr. Villiotis's resignation on 29 April. It has been during this period that DSUSA sought to work with Mr. Villiotis while the company moved forward to transition its headquarters to Fort Lauderdale, where the previous PVEC was located.
