I havent noted my conjecture because its just conjecture but
given the Oct 14 PR re potential partners
and the nomenclature of "Corporate" update
and its special placement of honor on the website separated from the regular updates
I wondered whether it would be an announcement of a partnership deal- finishing those deals can take a long time after the main parameters are worked out-often does-which would explain the delay in posting the update
