It's the statements from Joel that hurts his credibility a promise not coming out true. That is why I'm upset because I have high regard as a man of words with plans to make this company succeed. But he keeps on laying down plans for success yet nothing has been realized. I've learned from all sub-penny stocks describing how to make revenues, profits etc when in fact dilution is the primary game being played to pocket investors money by inflating or assigning floats to himself.

It's a problem when you are the only person running the company thereby manipulating easily the share structure in his favor. There are red flags that I could see what's going on to deceive shareholders and prospective buyers that's the reasons I keep posting and be aware of what the CEO is up to. My own candid opinion.
