I doubt the Pittsburgh types are smart enough to manipulate. The Y-town types obviously aren't, considering how they've allowed and probably facilitated the failure of the economy there. Look at their growth industries: prisons and gaming centers.

I'll half-agree with Sierra for one rare occasion, it's probably someone who decided to divest for any one of a multitude of reasons, not necessarily due to anything NanoLogix has done. Given the news of last month's update, selling now would have to be driven by outside events
