It is ODD behavior to ask the Court to yet once again to Rule on Doc. #5, the court knows this needs to be ruled on.
But I have to Agree that this Motion for Disposition looks like it is targeted at doc.#5.
MY mistake,
It is just ODD behavior to me.
Something must be in the Evidence that HC does not want Public and seeks to HIDE the evidence AS quick as possible.
